Architectural

Our architectural experience means that we can produce creative yet practical designs that aim to maximise revenue whilst conforming to statutory authority regulations. The working drawings that follow are simple to understand and in user-friendly formats, with the overall aim being concision and the elimination of errors. We can also provide drawing maintenance and specifications by updating standard drawings for site layouts and other working drawings to current NHBC and Building Regulations, as well as offering health and safety risk assessments.

We use powerful software in order to provide high-quality visualisations and illustrations for various project types, whilst our CAD Bureau work allows us to update and convert all types of drawing using the very latest creation software.

Sustainability

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Hammond can provide the SAP calculations and ensure Part L compliancy that is a crucial consideration from the earliest stages of design. These SAP calculations can be used by an accredited On Construction Energy Assessor to produce an EPC (energy performance certificate). We are also licensed Code assessors and can therefore provide a complete sustainability assessment for our clients’ projects.

Visuals

At Hammond we can also provide a separate Visuals service should the client desire it. This involves a process that, as a result of consultation between both parties, takes into account the needs of the project and results in a visual package that can be taken forward by the client. This package involves assistance with the initial concept, the production of a range of illustrations, and the rendering of these into full working drawings that can be used by the client.
