Beacon Hill redevelops the former University of Wales Trinity Saint David campus in Townhill, delivering 160 mixed-tenure homes alongside the sensitive conversion of the historic 1912 building and a new ground-floor retail unit.
Appointed post planning consent, we provide coordinated technical production information for both the residential and mixed-use elements, ensuring buildability, compliance and smooth delivery across this complex, topographical and heritage-influenced scheme. The multi-phase development is progressing well on site, with early phases adopting a stepped design that responds to the falling topography, creating generous terraces, improved outlooks and a distinctive, well-proportioned streetscape.
Imperial Park

Imperial Park is a residential development being delivered for Vistry Group, forming part of a wider strategic site. The scheme will provide a high-quality, policy-compliant housing offer, contributing to local housing supply and delivering a coordinated approach to placemaking and infrastructure.
We are providing technical design services to support the delivery of the scheme, translating approved planning proposals into coordinated construction information. Our role includes detailed design development, technical package production, and ongoing collaboration with the wider consultant team and contractor to ensure efficient delivery on site. This demonstrates our capability to support projects beyond planning, ensuring design intent is maintained through to construction.
