Set within the Brentry conservation area the development is split in two areas with two occupied buildings in the centre providing mental care services. The scheme comprises of 80 units which consists of a balanced mix of tenures and dwelling types from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom family houses promoting a socially diverse neighbourhood. The majority of the dwellings are 2 storey with some 2½ and 3 storey to add interest to the street scheme. The scheme also includes the retention of one of the existing buildings called Phoenix House which is to be refurbished to provide two 1 bed and two 2 bed dwellings.
